Corrugated dump bins are a great way to promote bulky products like pillows, cushions and also very heavy items that need to sit on the floor.

As well as containing items in bulk the pallet box or dump bin is also an ideal oportunity for marketing and advertising due the the large printable area available.

The Crazy Frog display shown here is one of the many concepts that we turned into reality.

The unique point about this project was that the display was over 2 metres tall and was originally wanted in a metal structure. However due to health and safety issues this caused problems. The solution was to use a specialised board grade to achive the strength, safety and asthetics.

                                Crazy Frog Display

We offer printing on various corrugated and display board materials.

Common print methods used for displays are :

Pre-Print Flexo - The paper is printed in reel form allowing higher defininition print, ideal for medium to high volume jobs.
Post-Print Flexo - The bread and butter of the packaging industry. This is your standard print direct onto corrugated material.
Screen Print - High quality printing ideal for displays. UV varnish can also be used. Excellent for low to medium run lengths.
Litho Print- High quality printing (photographic quality) suited to the medium to high volume jobs.

You may require a plain concept or already have an existing display stand, either way Bladen Box can work with you from concept through to the finished product.
